FALL 2003 MEETING Preparations are well underway for the fall meeting.
This year's meeting will be held at the Renaissance Hotel in Oklahoma City, OK on the weekend of November the
15th and 16th. The scientific
session will be on Saturday the 15th of November and conclude the
morning of Sunday the 16th of November. A business meeting will be held on Sunday
during lunch. There will be a two-hour break in the late afternoon to
enjoy some of the amenities that Oklahoma City has to offer, followed by the
President’s Reception at 6 PM and a banquet with a keynote Speaker later in the evening. A continental breakfast will be available on Sunday morning. A number of vendors have been invited again this year. They have been invited to set up booths as well as to sponsor various portions of the meeting. We expect a book distributor to also be present. |
